Onboarding Process

Step 1: Account Registration

  1. Visit the registration page: Navigate to https://llminspect-register.eunomatix.com/

  2. Complete the registration form with the following information:

    • First Name: Your given name

    • Last Name: Your family name

    • Work Email: Must be a valid business email address (personal emails may not be approved)

    • Company Name: Your organization's official name

  3. Submit your application: Click the "Sign Up" button to submit your registration

Important: Use your official work email address. Applications with personal email addresses (Gmail, Yahoo, etc.) may experience delays in approval.

Step 2: Email Verification

  1. Check your email: After submitting the form, you'll receive a verification email at the address you provided

  2. Verify your email: Click the verification link in the email to confirm your email address

  3. Confirmation: You'll see a confirmation message indicating your email has been verified

Note: Check your spam/junk folder if you don't receive the verification email within 5 minutes.

Step 3: Approval Process

  1. Wait for review: Our team will review your application and you will receive an email with the status of your application shortly.

  2. Application criteria: We evaluate applications based on:

    • Valid business email domain
    • Legitimate business use case
  3. Status updates: You may receive additional communications if we need more information.

Step 4: Access Credentials

Once approved, you'll receive an email containing:

  1. Welcome message confirming your approval

  2. Access credentials:

    • Username

    • Temporary password

  3. Access links to all three portals:

Step 5: First Login

  1. Access InspectChat: Click the InspectChat link or navigate to https://llminspect-chat.eunomatix.com/

  2. Login with your credentials: Use the username and password provided in your approval email

  3. Change your password (mandatory): For security, changing your password after first login is mandatory.

  4. Start exploring: You're now ready to begin using LLMInspect!

Next Steps

After successful onboarding:

  • Explore InspectChat: Start with basic text generation to familiarize yourself with the interface

  • Review GuardRails: Visit the Admin Panel to understand default security settings

  • Check Observability: View your activity logs in the Observability Portal

Troubleshooting Onboarding Issues

Common Issues and Solutions:

Verification email not received Check spam folder, wait 10 minutes, contact support
Application taking too long Applications are reviewed within 1 day
Cannot access portals after approval Verify you're using the exact credentials from the email
Forgot credentials Contact support for password reset
